A new formulation of our best-selling Soy Wax Blend featuring a rich creamy texture that remains firm. Ideal for use in container candles. This blend of soy and paraffin wax that can hold up to 10% fragrance with an ideal loading of 8-9%. Our Soy Wax Blend (Firm) has excellent hot and cold scent throw. Designed with a firmer, less sticky formulation that holds its shape for easier handling and a cleaner burn.

Available in 2.5kg blocks that can be melted down under gentle agitation at 70°C. The blocks are easy to use, handle and store with a long shelf-life. All Scent Method candle wax is designed and manufactured in Sydney, Australia.

All our waxes have UV inhibitor in the formulation to avoid discolouration when blended with most of our fragrances oils.

Suggested Applications: All vessels and container where the wax stays in the vessel.

Melting Temperature: Under gentle agitation, melt the wax to a minimum of 70°C.

Pouring Temperature: Cool wax to 65 - 75°C then add fragrance oil and gently stir till combined.
Heat candle jars prior to pouring to ensure adhesion with the glassware.
Pour immediately into candle vessel after adding fragrance oil. Pour at 65°C if no fragrance oil is added. Please note: pouring temperatures may vary depending on equipment, facility conditions and candle size.

Max Fragrance: We recommend 7-10% depending on loading and fragrance strength.

You can arrange the collection of your order from our showroom/warehouse in Campbelltown NSW. We will contact you to inform you when your order is ready to be picked up.


We always try our best to dispatch within 3-5 working days, however, orders may take up to 15 days to be dispatched in certain cases.

Unwanted Smoke:


Is your flame dancing? When a flame flickers too much; it can produce unwanted smoke which can be caused by a wick that's too long or a breeze.

To ensure a clean burn, extinguish your candle using one of our candle snuffers, trim the wick to 3mm using our wick trimmers and finally make sure it isn’t in direct line of any air currents – then simply relight and enjoy. You can find these everyday candle care products online and in store.


Tunnelling & Candle Memory: 


To prevent tunnelling and memory rings; the first burn of your candle is the most important! To ensure you get an even and clean burn throughout your candle’s life - burn your candle for 30 minutes for every 1cm in diameter, so for example a large jar is approximately 8cm in diameter, so we would recommend to burn it for at least 4 hours to ensure the first layer of wax melts to the edge of the candle before you extinguish it.


When to Stop Burning:


When there is approximately 1cm of wax remaining at the bottom of your jar candle, we recommend this is where you should discontinue its use as the flame nears the base of the glass it can get very hot – by doing this you will avoid possible heat damage that can be caused to surfaces or the container.
