WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We are able to deliver most orders between 2 and 14 business days of your payment. Delivery to regional areas may take longer, please refer to your postal tracking information provided by Australia Post for these time frames. Occasionally delivery may take longer if the product you ordered is out of stock. If this occurs one of our helpful team members will contact you either by email or phone in some instances.
HOW DO I WORK OUT MY SHIPPING COSTS?
Delivery costs will vary depending on product and location. To work out your delivery costs add the item to the shopping cart and type in your postcode. This will work out the delivery charges and also give you different delivery options if available.
WHICH DAYS OF THE WEEK DO YOU SEND OUT PARCELS?
Parcels are lodged with Australia Post Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) usually about 11:30 in the morning, however this can change without notice.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
No, we don't currently offer click and collect, however if you wish to collect your order, please add a note in the comments section when in the shopping cart section with the estimated date and time you would like to collect your order.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES?
Please note the below time frames may differ during peak postage seasons such as Christmas and public holidays. The peak Christmas period is often between 1st week of October and 2nd week of December.
